Time Supply NYC is not responsible for any technical issues, including website errors or discount codes that fail to apply correctly, that may affect a customer's ability to participate in a promotion. In such cases, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including due to unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, or suspected abuse, without prior notice. Any orders already completed under valid promotional terms prior to such a change will be honored.

9. Fraud and Misuse

Any attempt to abuse, manipulate, or fraudulently obtain a promotional offer — including through the use of multiple accounts, false information, or unauthorized discount codes — may result in the promotion being voided and the associated order being cancelled.
