Gift Card Terms & Conditions

Purchasing a Gift Card

Time Supply NYC gift cards can be purchased in person at our boutique or online through our website, in denominations we make available at the time of purchase. Gift cards are issued either as a physical card or a digital code delivered by email, depending on the option selected at checkout.

Redemption

• Gift cards may be redeemed toward the purchase of any watch, jewelry, or other merchandise available through Time Supply NYC, either in person or online.
• Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
• If a purchase exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
• If a purchase is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use.
• Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

No Expiration, No Fees

Time Supply NYC gift cards do not expire and are not subject to inactivity, dormancy, or maintenance fees. The full value of a gift card remains available until it is fully redeemed.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

Time Supply NYC is not responsible for gift cards that are lost, stolen, or used without your authorization, in the same way we would not be responsible for lost cash. Please treat your gift card and any associated digital code as you would cash, and keep your purchase confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase. If your digital gift card code has not yet been used and you have proof of purchase, contact us and we will do what we reasonably can to assist.

Checking Your Balance

You can check your gift card balance by contacting us directly by phone or email, or in person at our boutique. Please have your card number or digital code available when inquiring.

Returns and Exchanges Involving Gift Cards

If merchandise purchased using a gift card is returned or exchanged in accordance with our return policy, any refunded amount originally paid by gift card will be credited back to a gift card rather than issued as cash, except where required by law.

Gift Card Purchases Are Final

Gift card purchases themselves are non-refundable once issued. This policy applies to both physical and digital gift cards.

Fraud and Misuse

Time Supply NYC reserves the right to refuse redemption of a gift card, or to cancel a gift card, if we reasonably suspect it was obtained fraudulently, tampered with, or is being used in violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Gift Card Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will apply to gift cards purchased after the update date; gift cards purchased prior to a change remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase for matters such as expiration and fees.
