Product Condition Guide
We grade every pre-owned watch we sell using consistent condition standards, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy. This guide explains what each condition rating means.
Our Condition Grades
Unworn, Full Set
Never worn, with all original box, papers, and accessories included. Typically still carries factory protective stickers where applicable.
Like-New Condition
Worn minimally, if at all, with no visible wear under normal inspection. May or may not include full original box and papers.
Light, Age-Appropriate Wear
Shows very light signs of wear consistent with careful, occasional use — minor case or bracelet marks visible only under close inspection.
Moderate, Honest Wear
Visible signs of regular wear, such as light scratches or bracelet stretch, but no major damage or heavy polishing.
Noticeable Wear
Clear signs of use, which may include deeper scratches, visible bracelet stretch, or past servicing marks. Fully functional and authenticated.
Well-Worn
Significant cosmetic wear consistent with long-term daily use. Typically priced accordingly, with all wear clearly disclosed and photographed.
What We Check Before Grading
Case & Bracelet
Scratches, dents, polish history, and bracelet stretch.
Dial & Crystal
Discoloration, scratches, chips, or lume condition.
Movement
Timekeeping accuracy, service history, and mechanical function.
Water Resistance
Gasket condition and, where applicable, pressure testing.
Photography & Disclosure
Every pre-owned listing includes detailed, high-resolution photography showing the actual piece you'll receive — not stock imagery. Any notable wear, past repairs, or non-original parts are disclosed directly in the listing description. If you have questions about a specific piece's condition beyond what's shown, we're happy to provide additional photos or details before you purchase.
What's Included
Included accessories vary by piece and are always listed clearly on each product page — original box, papers, warranty card, extra links, and straps, where available. If an item does not include full original accessories, that will be stated explicitly rather than implied.
